PERSONNAL INFORMATION CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
We take great care to ensure any personal data you share with us is safe from harm.
Although collecting personal information is not within the scope of our business model, there are cases when individuals will need to provide some basic personal information to our staff. For example, to fulfil orders, perform warranty or paid repairs, apply for a position or to obtain other services we offer. Your personal information is safely stored within our state-of-the-art computer system which is constantly maintained, updated and monitored to ensure its compliance with confidentiality laws.
It is important to note that our entire premises (offices and warehouse) are not open to the public, visitors are always escorted from arrival to departure.
Access to your personal information is limited to staff that must interact with it in order to provide you the products/service you requested. We do not sell personal data to any third parties. We only share basic data with the manufacturers we represent in such cases as product registration, warranty service, etc. We may also share your personal information if we are required by law (government agencies or court order).
Our software is kept up to date and we use several recognised technologies to deter/prevent breaches.
Your rights:
You have the right to request that we purge (or anonymise) your personal information from our system.
You also have the right to request that we reveal to you what personal information we have about you.
You will be alerted if a data breach occurs in our system that exposes your personal information.
