ADI Pro is looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join our Operations team in Boucherville.

As a key member of our warehouse team, you’ll help ensure that products are received, processed, organized, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You’ll work directly with professional audio, video, broadcast, streaming, and content creation products from internationally recognized manufacturers.

This is a hands-on position that requires physical capability, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Your work will play an important role in ensuring our customers and dealer network receive the right products, on time, and in excellent condition.

About the Role

You’re comfortable working on your feet, handling physical tasks throughout the day, and working with products of different sizes and weights.

You’re also detail-oriented. You understand that a warehouse isn’t just about moving boxes—it’s about accuracy, organization, inventory control, and making sure every shipment is prepared correctly.

We’re looking for someone dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while still being part of a team.

Previous warehouse experience is required, and distribution experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inventory

  • Receive incoming shipments and safely unload trucks and deliveries.
  • Inspect incoming products and verify quantities against shipping documentation.
  • Check products for damage or discrepancies and report issues as required.
  • Enter receiving information and update inventory records in our systems.
  • Organize and store products in their designated warehouse locations.
  • Assist with regular and periodic inventory counts.
  • Help maintain accurate and organized inventory throughout the warehouse.

Order Preparation & Shipping

  • Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
  • Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments.
  • Verify products and quantities before orders leave the warehouse.
  • Prepare shipping documentation as required.
  • Load outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure products are properly packaged and protected during transportation.
  • Communicate any inventory or order discrepancies to the appropriate team members.

Warehouse Organization & Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Keep shelving, storage areas, aisles, and workstations organized.
  • Sweep and mop floors and dispose of garbage as required.
  • Identify and report safety concerns, damaged equipment, or warehouse maintenance issues.
  • Assist with general warehouse organization and improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Once per week, perform light cleaning duties in the front office area, including the washroom, sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal.
  • Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to remain active throughout the workday.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and move products weighing up to 50 lb (23 kg).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and warehouse systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • French required for day-to-day communication.
  • Functional English is considered an asset, particularly for occasional communication with English-speaking suppliers, carriers, or partners.

  • Distribution or wholesale environments
  • Inventory management systems
  • Shipping and receiving systems
  • Barcode scanners and inventory technology
  • Professional audio, video, or electronics products
  • Experience working with courier and freight carriers
  • Forklift experience or certification

If the position requires forklift certification, ADI Pro will provide the necessary training and certification.

You don’t need to know every product we carry on day one.
